Exorbitant offboarding fees - be cautious!
We have been with Ozdoc for the past .... years but unfortunately we've had to find another provider as they've become too expensive. Average monthly expense became about 4 times of what it was 3 years ago!

The biggest issue however was with the offboarding charges - their terms and conditions mention 4 months' worth of fees as the offboarding charge. By this, what they expect you to pay is not just the monthly contractual fees but the charges and licenses for back up / anti virus / firewall protection etc for those 4 months although you don't use any of those services. These charges felt like punishment for leaving them. When we pointed out the ambiguity in the contract, they changed the invoice to include only the time spent on offboarding process. This brought the cost by about 15%, still well over $1200. But then again, when you get charged $550 for the collection and resetting of the firewall device, you can't expect the cost to go down by much!

Their technical expertise was decent, but their exit strategy is designed to gouge customers. Make sure you understand the offboarding costs before signing up..
