I’ve been here quite a few times over the years and seen it grow in popularity obviously due to it being one of the few places left that bulk bill.

Because of this no matter what day or time you go it is normal to wait 1-2 hours. I suggest only using this service if you really can’t afford a doctor who doesn’t bulk bill or you need to see a doctor that day and willing to wait patiently. Because they are busy you may feel rushed. I’ve seen about six different doctors here and have good experiences with all of them.

I was sceptical at first due to reviews here, but having gone there twice now I really appreciate how efficient and modern everything is. You check in with an app, which instantly tells you your place in the queue. I found that I can often simply walk in and be seen within 15-20 min unless it's really full.
You then get a notification on the phone as soon as the doctor is ready to see you. Doctor I dealt with was very professional.
Best part - it's all bulk billed (unlike other places where i would have to wait up to 2hrs just to get charged $60+ at the end)

The doctors and staff were lovely but the wait time is beyond atrocious. I went in on a Tuesday and was waiting for two and a half hours to see a doctor. Today I needed some more information regarding a referral but didn’t have the time to go in for a full appointment so thought I’d call. I’ve been on hold for over two and a half hours and feel like they’re waiting until the phone line cuts off at 5pm so they don’t have to take my call.

Just watched a man come in with a lightly sprained wrist looking for a 12 month certificate to take to Centrelink. Proceeded to berate and shout at staff because the Dr could only give him 3 months. Went on for a while about making a complaint to the ombudsman whilst being asked to leave. Staff were very professional and handled the situation incredibly well. Kept everyone in the waiting room as calm as possible. Great job by the staff.

Lots of doctors and its bulk billed. In this time when expenses are high, for common man, this bulk bill service provided is a blessing for families. The wait is long so be prepared for atleast 1 to 2 hours to sit at the centre. You can choose the doctor you wish to see which is an added bonus. Having a bulk billed radiology added to this service would be amazing...maybe the service can look into it in the future. For families this service is a blessing.

I recently visited Our Medical North Lakes and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I arrived on time for my appointment and waited for almost an hour to see the GP. The Doctor's name is Dr. Paul Taiwo. I wasn’t informed about any delays, and when I left in frustration, I was told by the receptionist that the doctor had called for me as I was walking out. I had been sitting alone during my entire wait, without any communication or updates.

During my consultation, I requested a referral to a dermatologist, providing the doctor’s name for ease. However, the doctor was dismissive and rude, refusing to print out the referral, despite me having all the necessary information ready. He suggested that I should be more organised in the future and seemed eager to rush me out the door. Although he mentioned sending the referral electronically, I left without any confirmation that this would happen.

As someone suffering from FND and a psoriasis flare-up, I left feeling not only physically uncomfortable but emotionally upset. The doctor even made an inappropriate comment saying, "I don’t pay him," leaving me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a patient.

I highly recommend that management review the quality of care provided by this doctor, as his attitude and approach to patient care were completely unprofessional. Due to this experience, I no longer feel comfortable continuing my care with him.

I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the service at this clinic.

Checked in at 6 pm....... It is now 10 pm and still waiting.....The staff are rude, I went to check with reception at 9 pm how much longer and she advised that we were second to be seen, they then saw four other people ahead of us. She then had the audacity to come to us at 10:05 to say she's convinced the gp to stay back late to see us which is absolutely ridiculous. The gp then said she could only see two of us and not my daughter and that if we didn't hurry the alarm would go off on us. It's an absolute joke. When enquiring if we could get a morning appointment when they open at 7:30 am they advised no, we have to wait in the que at 10 am like everyone else. I have never felt so disrespected. Now leaving at 10:35 pm. Also I asked the gp for a potassiumblood test and she gave me a liver pathology form.
