First consultation was Ok and the X-rays was required for my diagnose, To release this x-ray report I needed to book another appointment , waited for 3+ hours , doctor cannot interpret the report and refuse to release it to "my health" record. Tried to resolve with receptionist/manager which told me that “no one is in charge of the doctors, and it is their decision what they do”. Apparently if I want my record release, I need to visit them again to see another doctor and the waiting is not always 3 hours. How splendid

Slack amount of doctors who really dont care to see you.
They wont see you unless you download the app.
And they dont even look at what is really wrong.
Also the night receptionist has some sort if power trip because she wouldnt let my daughter in even though the had the xray results from the morning. Ive never seen such a lazy amount of doctors and practice staff who dont seem like they want to be at work. Sorry to say that this practice is pathetic when a few years ago it was really good. Sadly none the good drs are here anymore.

Today, I visited Dr. Maen and reported symptoms of a sore throat and flu. I informed her that I was feeling unwell and had used my own RAT test to check for COVID-19. She advised that she had no idea how that RAT test worked and I had to read the instructions on the test packaging before proceeding. I then requested a copy of the results from an echocardiogram I had taken in January, but she insisted that the results had not been sent to the medical center. I requested that she check again, as I was certain the results had been sent, and she eventually found them. Then the blood test results showed high cholesterol, and she printed a copy of the blood test results for me.

As someone that has worked in health industry before am concerned about the quality of care being provided to patients. My primary concern is patient safety—what if a patient with limited English proficiency had difficulty understanding the instructions for the RAT test and required assistance from the doctor? Additionally, Dr. Maen did not inquire if I needed medication for my sore throat nor did she perform an examination. Given my elevated LDL levels, a discussion on lowering lipid levels or patient education would have been appropriate. While I, understand how to interpret blood tests, what if an elderly patient had come in for a check-up and was unable to navigate this process on their own?

We all have a responsibility to the health of our community, and I believe the treatment provided today fell far below the standards of care expected in Australia.

Dr Kenneth Egwu was very friendly, caring, supportive and knowledge to send for further investigations. He listened to my medical conditions and even looked at my health records to assist me. Not my usual GP but definitely better than them. However this medical centre requires some appointments services available due to waiting times.

Just being able to walk in and get a spot in the queue on the app is so easy and simple. Long open hours are a huge plus. Wait times are long but that's to be expected for a fully bulk billed walk in clinic. I've seen a few different doctors and all are professional and friendly

I presented with heart problems, was seen right away by nurses who did an amazing job keeping me calm and listening to my concern. The doctor didn't hesitate to call an ambulance when he come to check me out. I was very satisfied with the entire process.

Everything. App is great. Doctors here actually care because they are not on time restraints. As soon as you walk in reception are friendly and helpful. Especially for me. An old man who is not great with apps etc. Have told my family and they have all registered

This practice should be shut down or at least investigated for their lack of general care when people present to the clinic. They are a walk in clinic that is open until 10pm. They don’t have sufficient doctors at the surgery from before 6.30pm telling me multiple time la to come back another time. I don’t go to the doctor to take up time. People shouldn’t have to alert the receptionist that they really need medical attention. Not all illnesses can be seen and patient confidentiality goes right out the window when you have to insist on getting help on the same day. There needs to be more then one doctor on in such a busy area. They’re always busy and you wait multiple hours for a 5min consult. The Australian system is failing us and this medical facility needs to be investigated and have new measures in place. It was once a great surgery.
