Went in on Sunday arvo with extreme back pain, said he would call with results, that never happened.
Went in Wednesday got told I have a bulging disk….. still In pain…
they will not provide any regular pain relief.
Do not use this practice it’s an absolute joke.
They tell you what’s wrong but won’t give any pain relief..
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SURGERY.
Go somewhere else to get help 👍

I’ve had to use the services here a few times recently and have been so happy with my experience . The reception team were friendly, helpful and generally amazing on every occasion. I witnessed them having to deal with a rude and belligerent patient and they were calm and respectful, even when they were being treated horribly. Dr Mark was caring and knowledgeable and because of this great team I’ll be as good as new again very soon! Thanks very much, keep up your great work ☺️ Vanessa

I'm usually satisfied with the service of all the staff and doctors; however, on this latest visit the speed of the service was fantastic. My son had a sore foot from school, which turned out to be caused by 2 fractured meta-tarsals and I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly we were able to see one of the doctors, get x-rays and have a temporary cast applied.

I had an infected cat bite. I lined up there prior to opening but then at 8am a lovely lady came and asked me what was wrong. I showed her my hand that had a badly infected cat bite. She took me straight upstairs to urgent cases. I saw the nurse and she said it was infected and within minutes I saw the doctor who prescribed Bactrim. The staff are absolutely wonderful and I feel confident and happy that they are there. You never know when you are going to need medical help on public holidays or weekends. Haven’t attended this GP clinic for years & never the urgent care before. Attended at 8am at opening time unsure where to go to, so just lined up at reception with everyone else (lots of people waiting outside before clinic opened). Checked in online as the sign at reception instructed & was advised I was 13th in line. Stayed in line just to make sure if I should stay in the GP Clinic or head upstairs to urgent care. Receptionist coming down the queue asking people what they needed checked in with me & I advised her my problem & showed her I’d checked in & she said cancel that & head upstairs to the urgent care clinic. I did so, was 2nd in line there but I offered for the man after me to be seen before me as he was in terrible pain. I was seen & triaged by a nurse first as are all the patients (which I think is the way all walk in clinics should be run ensuring the sickest are seen first) so waited around 30-40 mins & was seen by a nice dr who took his time, gave me an examination, diagnosis & a solution & I thought he was very thorough. By the time I came back out through the waiting room at around 9am, the place was very busy. A good experience all in all & more people should make use of it to take the weight off the hospitals - that’s what it’s there for!

I've been to this clinic a few times and have experienced very poor service from one Doctor in particular (they're mentioned several times with a 1 star rating), but this 5 star review is for Dr Peter Gold. He was brilliant, comforting and I didn't have to wait too long!

Highly recommend Dr.Hossain if you prefer a quick consultation after a long wait. Waited for an hour and a half just to be seen for less than 5 mins. Super human medical assessment skills not even using a stethoscope for a 3 year old who has viral symptoms fever sore throat and chesty cough. Scripts and request form all done even before seeing the patient. Left with a request form for a urinalysis.

I've been coming here with my immediate family for a few years now since we moved and our old doctor disappeared with covid and it's restrictions.
The quality of care is pretty average - the General Practice doctors are just that - hit and miss.

The wait times here are just comical - 2 doctors for 30 people and the waiting is abhorrent last wait was 3 hours - people cutting in front by just using the app to their benefit saying it's an emergency, while your waiting patiently.

We've been prescribed medications on many instances which haven't been beneficial on any outcome, I myself have been poorly prescribed 5 times only to see another doctor to tell me it was all a waste of time and given a 6th prescription which cleared my pneumonia up within a week (I suffered for nearly 6 weeks).

Recently I went in to get a blood test for Ross River fever only to be given a sleep apnea diagnosis, getting my blood test back and it's tested for everything but Ross River fever, even when I told the doctor I've been bitten by mosquitoes daily and too numerous to count.

My boy was prescribed another medical treatment which after another x-ray showed another ailment to which the medication was pointless for him and shouldn't have been prescribed for his age either.

From this last interaction it's pretty clear that this medical centre doesn't have our health in its interests at all from the quality of diagnosis and treatment we've had - seems to be just a turnstile for people and numbers through the gate.
