Friendly receptionist who welcomes us with a smile. Great doctors, kind listening and I don't feel rushed. We can mention couple issues in one appointment, not like in other surgeries they limit it to one issue. Nice quiet waiting area, didn't even have to wait long. Parking is easy under the building. Half of the clinic is chairs like airport for people to wait and waste time. There is no pre booking system available for the centre, which wastes everyone's time. I was experiencing these types of medical centres in third world countries where doctors or medical centres were trying to show the centre is so popular as plenty of patients were waiting due to high demand.
Having pre booking systems means respecting patients' time. Will not come back again. This system pushes patients to pick up any random doctor or the compensation for a choice doctor is time. See the photo of how many people are waiting every day here.
It has a really good air conditioning system but not a pre booking system( the most basic thing)

The receptionist was amazing, very helpful and listened to what I had to say. The Doctor himself was great very professional, listened to my needs and completed the referral as I requested. A very busty medical centre and understandably so because of their great service, it keeps the clients coming back. Their waiting system is great, the app keeps you updated as to where you are in the queue. Thank you for seeing me as a walkin and now a regular patient, not only myself but my family.

It used to be a good clinic with not much of waiting times . Unfortunately it’s just getting worse and worse. Couple of weeks ago my wife and i went there to get our COVID boosters. The place was full of people, we checked in and waited for over an hour with no lucks and we still had another dozen people in front of us. So we just canceled our appointment and left and will never go back there again.

Fast, efficient and professional service all around. I particularly like the walk in, no appointment and practically seen by a compassionate medical practitioner almost straight away. Where else do you get that sort of service. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've been coming here for several years and I've had some good doctors and some average doctors. The experience I had with Doctor Nekooee was honestly awful and I left in tears. Everytime I've had to see him my consult has lasted 90 seconds at most. He is completely dismissive and doesn't give a single shit about the patients, he's just there for a paycheck. I am back for a second day in a row getting another blood test because he didn't care enough to actually ask me what was going on he just wanted me to leave as quickly as possible. AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS.

After an appalling experience I feel it’s only fair to advise other people to avoid Dr Neekooee! I have been a patient at our medical annerley for years and always see the amazing Dr Reza who always has gone above and beyond for the care of myself and my kids. Due to COVID and being bed ridden I made a Telehealth knowing I’d run the risk of a different doctor. I suffer from a chronic illness (5 years now) that leaves me in debilitating pain that either requires my usual scripted pain relief or to call an ambulance. This has been my problem for years now even while seeing a pain specialist at greenslopes that is all on file (dr has access to this) he dismissed me straight away and said he won’t help me and then continued to question what it is I even have or what I do for work (not that it matters). When I decided to tell him I work for qld health he then questioned where and what my qualification is. He also questioned my covid results to prove I have covid. As I became more irate he began to finally read my notes (shouldn’t this be normal practice!) and see that the pain specialist listed the medications I am required to have! But then expected to have a more current letter even though wait list for my specialist is over 6 months waiting for current patients and my next appointment is in March. He has left me feeling judged on so many levels and hardly a point of help that us patients should even have to deal with as a doctor. Dr Neekooee if you are so unhappy as a doctor, do not work in this practice if you are going to dismiss and the judge the people you encounter on a daily basis. I will NEVER see this doctor let alone refer my worst enemy to this poor excuse of a man.
Please patients see a real doctor who genuinely cares for people like Dr Reza constantly does!
Practice management should look into his behaviour as it’s blatantly clear it’s a common theme by the reviews written!

Not happy with how they waste patients time not even minding if there’s a sick baby involved. After waiting for 30 minutes to be called in, had to Wait for another 45 minutes since all doctors had a at 12? Then you pay before seeing the doctor so that you don’t leave even after they waste your time!
