I got some tests done with Dr Solange which she charged me over $160 for about a 20 minute appointment.

She then called me to tell me the results - maybe a 2 minute phone call.

She then transferred me to the office to charge me an additional $70 to receive this 2 minute phone call from her!

At no point did she even disclose to me that it was a paid call.

Dr Solange is a money hungry doctor who doesn’t care about her customers.

I am so grateful for all of the staff and doctors at ascot family practice. Dr Donaldson and Dr Solange are fantastic, would not trust anyone else with my family. The admin staff, Michelle and Jodie, go out of their way to help you and are so lovely. So happy I’ve found this practice! 5 stars all round!

The Senior Medical Receptionist refused my request to send my personal information to me- when I called, she almost put the phone down on me when I hadn’t even finished speaking to ask WHY I am being refused when they are legally bound to send me MY information and told me she is not going to argue with me on the phone. Absolutely appalling. 1: As a senior staff in medical you should know your laws and 2: to not be rude to someone calling requesting help.

I went to Dr. Solange Adad based on a recommendation by a friend & I am incredibly impressed by Dr. Adad’s professionalism. She is very thorough, she listens attentively & efficient in providing care required. Having had bad experiences with several GPs prior (in Indooroopilly) due to lack of compassion and professionalism, I am super satisfied with Dr. Adad and will continue to go to her when in need.

For a private practice, the waiting time is horrible. An hour + wait.
Booked for 9.45am came 10mins early. But I saw a lady came at 9.55 to check in and said her appointment was 10o'clock, and got in before us for the same doctor. Receptionist said her appointment is before us... what world is 10am before 9.45am?
Doctor service, brief for my concerns but professional.
