I have had a myriad of issues here. I thought I would give it another go, but it is ridiculous how poor it is. When I can hear the doctor having a friendly chat and laugh with whoever is in her room while running late on an early morning appointment. If you are already over 10minutes late and it isn't even 8am your time management needs severe adjustments.

I have had doctors tell me I needed to immediately stop medication because it was hurting my unborn child. Only for my OBGYN to tell me that a simple google would say my medication was safe so I was put through 2 weeks of unnecessary and dangerous distress as a result.

I have also had a doctor, when asked if the medication being prescribed was safe for use when pregnant. I was told "your nose is here baby here" while pointing at her nose and belly. (It was a Nasal spray). To go and pick up my medication and be told it is incredibly unsafe.

I had written those 2 doctors off. Third strike I'm now writing the entire place off. Disgusting.

I have been a patient of Dr Meshreky for almost 15 years now, I moved to O’Shea when she moved here from a different surgery. She is an amazing Doctor and will leave no stone unturned when dealing with me. When Dr Meshrey is away I see Dr Mollah and he has been great as well as very helpful to keep me going until Dr Meshreky is back. I have nothing but good things to say about my GP and the Medical Centre. Soraya is a delight to speak with and always so kind and so helpful, I even called couple of times from overseas and she was very quick to assist. The Nurses are extremely nice, caring and make me feel very comfortable, I have iron infusion on several occasions and my ECP is done annually by them, the team is very nice, easy to have a conversation with. I am very lucky to have a great Care Team at O’Shea Medical Centre.
The facility itself is very clean and welcoming. I strongly recommend the place and their clinicians who so far have shown great degree of professionalism, dedication and compassion towards their patients.

My family and I have been coming here for the last 5 years. Dr Mar Mar Thi is absolutely lovely and very caring. Dr Mar always goes above and beyond for myself and my girls. I honestly trust her 100%. We always try and get an appointment with her, but we have also seen many of the other Doctors there who have been good. The Receptionists are always nice and friendly. The centre itself is very clean. I find it so easy to book an appointment in the health engine app. I wouldn't go anywhere else in the area.

As a family we have been going to this clinic for a number of years and all the doctors, reception staff and nurses are just lovely. We are so impressed with the service provided with professionalism, respect and kindness. We highly recommend this clinic. It’s hard to pick out a doctor - we have seen a number of doctors. Dr Mar - who is terrific, and Drs Meshreky, Mian, Sharif are excellent! Shout out to Dr Nan who is very caring and has stayed back to see our sick granddaughter. All in all, I highly recommend this clinic.

So grateful for the staff at this clinic, they're so easy to communicate with. The nurses are great and always call to remind me of upcoming appointments, follow ups and relevant programs that can help me improve my health care needs. The continuation of care is exceptional. The reception staff are always helpful and go above and beyond. There are multiple doctors at this clinic that are so professional, kind and knowledgeable, who have helped me and my son, i will never stop coming here. Dr Mar is a great doctor, but is let down badly by the young receptionist with ZERO empathy. Seeing as you don’t have an email address, I’ll explain it here:
Dr. Mar made an emergency appointment for me to see my cardiologist on Wednesday, however, when the cardiologist rang me, it was only for an ECG. I called into your clinic on the Friday before to clarify it with Dr. Mar, but the young receptionist refused point blank to let me talk to Dr. Mar for 2 minutes, or to allow me to leave a message so Dr. Mar could call me back. Her ONLY solution to the problem with my appointment on the WEDNESDAY was for me to make an appointment to see Dr. Mar on the(get this) THURSDAY. Yes, for me to query the appointment on the Wednesday, I could see Dr. Mar the day after. I kid you not. This person clearly wasn’t listening to me, or willing to help me. She should not be the face of your clinic.

horrible communication,
I booked an appointment online with a doc that isn’t my usual doctor, and as I come in to reception they said he’s been on leave and they couldn’t get a message or email out to me saying my appointment has been canceled. Not even a phone call.
I needed this appointment for a medical certificate for this specific day. That’s why it was booked on this specific day.
At the end of the day they couldn’t do anything to help.
