I got referred here for my daughter last year to start her appointment, they never called me back to book a new appointment after I had to cancel the first appointment and never heard back from them until a new referral got made and they have been nothing but rude told the lady I was busy but continue to call me after the phone hangs up

I was referred to this organisation by my ndis support worker. These people are not here to help only to drain your ndis fund. They do nothing to help they are all incredibly evil people who exploit the vulnerable. Do not use ORS group.
