Chempro at Peachy Road, Ormeau is the best. It’s right next door to Woolworths so it’s very handy. Drop your script and go to do your shopping right next door. James, is the owner /pharmist and he is assisted by Andrea also a pharmacist. The assistants are all lovely, helpful and no matter what, they all have a smile and I’m sure like us, they have days when they don’t want to smile. But they do! This isn’t just a pharmacy, they sell makeup, perfume, and all of the things you expect. But this pharmacy also sells beautiful jewellery and even slippers. Oh! and I want to say that the shop is clean and well stocked. If you want to wait for your script there are plenty of chairs. I find it heartwarming to see the girls making sure the older customers are seated while they wait. I’ve been in thousands of pharmacies in my years and Chempro at Peachy Road Ormeau is the best of the best. Vaccinations too!

Service friendly enough but the floor and especially the shelving is not dusty but dirty. There’s no script in script out and pay here service. I stood there waiting for my subscription off to the side and was asked so many times are you waiting or been served. People walk in confused. No sales or up selling confidence in the staff. There’s a lot of gaps on the shelves without the temporarily out of stock label. I think Chempro Head Office needs to do a spot check. They just don’t care.

Tried to buy a mask, didn’t even acknowledge I was there in front of the register, told by one young lady they were swamped and couldn’t serve us while she stacks shelf on front of us at a leasurely pace
