All in all I had 3 total visits to the clinic and I have no complaints. All the staff from the receptionists to the nurses, anaesthetist and doctors were lovely and non-judgmental, making an already nerve wracking experience a lot easier. Wait times were lengthy but were expected as I was made aware of them through the website, emails and at reception.Thank you Orlando women center for amazing hospitality.

My experience here was great. The volunteer escorts that walk you inside with umbrellas are angels. The staff are all very kind and professional. And although they say you might be there from 3-6 hours you can tell everyone is working hard to get you in and out as fast as possible. Thank you to all of you.

As hard as it was to go through this process all the staff at Orlando Women Center were absolutely wonderful. Friendly receptionists, to lovely nurses and doctor. Thank you for catering to my every need and making the process as stress free and non judgmental as possible

This was my first time going to this clinic for a procedure. The staff were extremely nice and informative every step of the way. The made me feel like I didn't have to be nervous. The process was lengthy but very accurate for the type of procedure I was receiving. The doctor also was very kind and made me feel very comfortable the entire procedure was good .I would definitely recommend this Orlando Women Center! Thanks

Stand clear of this place. They will take your money despite not being able to service you and say its non refundable. They make you pay before they do any service on you. Everything seemed rushed, I’m highly disappointed I paid $300 JUST for them give me an ultrasound and come to find out I'm past 6 weeks so they turned me away but kept my money knowing what I’m going through. I feel like I was robbed and stripped of my rights! This place is highway robbery stand clear unless you know for certain how far you are. Shame on your establishment for taking women’s money when they are not moving forward with the procedure. They also don’t value your time. You will be there all day because they tell everyone to come at the same time which is 9am and the doctor isn't even there, she doesn’t come until later in the day!!!!

All lovely kind accommodating staff. With a special mention to Nurse who treated me for her Amazing bedside manner- I was acting all crazy and emotional but you put my mind at ease. This office is so unprofessional. They gave me an appointment for the same day TOOK my 354$ had me waiting a whole hour HAD me call out of work for them to tell me cant help me cause i was confirm pregnancy in another hospital.. WHICH i told the girl and she specifically told me to not bring anything just the insurance card just in case they need a new picture. WASTE MY WHOLE TIME MY WHOLE DAY MY WHOLE MONEY FOR NO DAMN REASON!
