My experiences as a patient there have been nothing but positive. Kudos to everyone there. My wife comes here too and we agree that we have had the most thorough medical exams that we have had ever, and we're not young. Also, I have met some very interesting people and very nice staff.

Was very clean and lovely inside. And I got to see the psychiatrist, that I knew from when I was in my late 20s(?), in the elevator. He said, "you look familiar"...was kinda funny. I'll choose to remember it all as funny.☯️☮️✌️. Well, I was 25:yrs old last time he say me, and, hey..I looked familiar. There's all kinds of funny ways to realize, I'm sure I looked as old as Methuselah.., it's Monday, elevator, mask, see shrink. All the lols ?

Well i'm not sure where to start about my experience at OCRC. I was only at OCRC for about a month and it was horrible experience. The worker's seemed more interested in socializing other than working. I was told that I came in at a bad time being that "Jennifer the Office Coordinator" was on vacation & the lady that works in the downstairs lab was on vacation as well so Danielle was stressed and had alot on her plate & took her frustating out on her new employees. On May the 14th Tina Voss called Jennifer to inform her that, I was finished with my training downstairs & was ready to come upstairs, Once I got upstairs Jennifer introduced me to everyone in the lab & then ask Maria if she could train me she was already training another co worker that came in a week before me so she was training two people at once. Her first language is not English which I understood what she was saying but that wasn't the point, It wasn't her job to train us it was Jennifer job to train us which she put all the Responsibility off on Maria. I was training with Maria for about 2 Weeks until another new employee came upstairs then I was put in Renal with Destiny who had started a week before as I mentioned earlier & they had destiny training me which we both was confused in Renal we had no idea what we were doing. We didn't get any training in Renal we was only trained in Hepatic which Renal is much more difficult. Me and Destiny was working on a study in Renal once we got everything together Danielle came over & inform us that we had did the Setup wrong never indicated what the issue was, I mentioned to her if there was anything that I could do to fix it & she said no and proceeded to take the cart away to go work on it in other room. She had attitude because she had to fix the setup. The rest of that day I didn't touch anything else becasue apparently everything that we did in Renal according to Danielle it was wrong. It's funny because they will be quick to tell you that you did something wrong but won't take the time out to train you & provide you with the tools you need to succeed in the Lab. It's alot of drama in the upstairs lab when I interviewed with Danielle that was one of the main concerns, I had mentioned to her that I don't like drama and she informed me that it wasn't any drama & if it was ever any drama she will shut it down but that was a lie because she involved in the drama. The Management is horrible @ OCRC, I have never worked for a company that was disorganized and keep up so much drama. Jennifer has a really nasty attitude & feel like she could talk to people any kind of way, that's one of the reasons, I Resign from my position at OCRC. I could honestly write more about my experience at OCRC but I believe I said enough.
