I was in a lot of pain with my neck and shoulder and was so glad I could get a last-minute appointment. The clinic had a calm and welcoming atmosphere, and reception was lovely and checked in on how everything went after the session. I even got a free water bottle as a new client, which was awesome. The physio was fantastic - kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable straight away. Diana really took the time to listen, understand what was going on, and was able to reduce my pain in the first session, which was such a relief. Diana provided me with helpful information to take home as well. So grateful for the care I received, thank you!

I started to see Adam a couple years ago. Absolutely great service, completely changed my life. Had muscle and back trauma from an injury as a child that I thought I just had to live with. Used to be hard to walk or run. Felt super tight and uncomfortable over distance. After a couple of sessions he readjusted my back and now I walk and run freely. Would highly recommend
