As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted with a friendly smile, the customer service is lovely and fresh.

Esther is a great physiotherapist and full of knowledge. She has helped me regain movement with less pain. The exercises are really tailored to my needs, I can tell she takes pride in her work.

I have been seeing a physio at optimum allied health for about 4 years now. They have been absolutely amazing helping with my ongoing shoulder and back pains. Jake has also helped me through out my pregnancy with exercise to help manage the extra weight and ligament pains.
