After a work place injury last year I was referred to OAH I have had nothing but the best experience and treatment from the first visit to date.
Saskia and her massage the pain didn't matter sooo good such a beautiful person . Then came Nathan the exercise the pain but he has a way of making you laugh and enjoy it, absolutely brilliant easy to get along with I actually look forward to my appointments to see if I can annoy him😅 very professional and excellent at what he does.

I have been attending Optimum Health for around 5 years and worked with a sensational exercise Physiologist Rory. Over that time I have banished chronic back pain, and a locking knee, (which was to be replaced and is working the best it has in 20 years). My overall strength, endurance and balanced are as good as when I was 40 (now 57). Their approach is different to a normal gym class, they adapt the exercises to how you are on the day and over time you build strength, resilience and increased flexibility. If you are serious about reversing the damage and lost movement that comes after 20 years of sitting in an office chair and a few old footy injuries you should see Rory. Ron
