Well-run busy practice, with great nursing team. Out of doctors I've been to my go-to are Dr Sajia and Dr Rose. This practice is clean, efficient, usually not a long wait. It has got a designated baby feeding/changing room which is a bonus for mothers with bubs.
The mixed billing system is the necessary evil but the clinics do what they have to do to offer a quality level of care and to retain top doctors.
Due to this it's my 2d reliable go to choice in the area after my regular bulk-billing practice. But as I said I find this one is good, so yes I can recommend it.

Atrocious service by receptionists. Can't believe this medical centre is milking money off sick patients just to sit in the doctors office for 5 mins and to be told to "go home and drink water". Not only that but hearing the receptionists gossip about other patients is the cherry on top

It's one of the best medical centre around the area. I have seen many doctors at Optimal and other medical centres in the area and Dr.Prabash is best of all. He never rushed me out and always caring. Hard to find doctors like him these days.

Dr Prebash is by far the best doctor i’ve ever had. I’ve moved out of the area and still choose to make the hour drive to see him when I’m unwell or worried about my health. In the past i’ve had bad experiences with doctors who clearly took the easiest course of action over the best course of action. Dr Prebash has always been detailed when explaining my prescriptions, what I should be expecting, and how to deal with potential side effects.

He really is the only doctor I’ve seen that genuinely cares and his expertise is second to none. I couldn’t recommend anyone more.

Called over and over on sunday from 2pm because my 1 year old was screaming of an ear ache. No answer but decided to dress my little one and go in. Got there at 3:10 and receptionist stared at her computer screen and blatantly said no more patients after 3pm. Our doctors are running late and we need to get out on time. The surgery closes at 4pm and there were 2 people in the waiting room. Horrible customer service. I see an amazing doctor and that's the only reason why I'll continue to go there, otherwise I'm really disgusted with the attitude of the receptionist, especially because it was regarding a small helpless toddler who was in so much pain.

Whoever picked up my call on Sunday, you should be ASHAMED of yourself. This is not the first time I've dealt with disappointing behaviour from receptionists here. My non-English speaking mother comes here and is very happy with the Dr she sees, but receptionists make it difficult to even bear coming in. I called on Sunday to book an appointment and I was literally told by reception to "book online instead rather than calling". Not just that, but she rushed to book an appointment and sounded like she didn't even want to speak to me. Isn't it a part of your job to book appointments and speak to patients Manners do not matter at this medical centre apparently.

Dr kanchana and Anjala are exceptional. The receptionists are not always nice. I booked an appointment online ( I have done it in the past too). When I showed up I was told there was no appointment booked and that it should have been an error at my end. Every time something goes wrong it is always the patient’s mistake. They never accept it could have been their system or never apologise. But this is just the reception. The above mentioned doctors have been amazing

Dr Labina Butt is the most unprofessional disgrace to this practice and needs to go elsewhere. Always immensely late and makes her patients feel terrible after a visit with no patient care whatsoever. If she doesn’t have time for you, tough luck! The experience I had and the complaints I also heard are astounding. Not impressed she is still working here! Avoid at all costs
