Poor communication!! Called them in November and did a lengthy phone interview and they said they’d get back to me after matching me with someone. They never got back to me so I sent an email in February asking why I hadn’t heard back. They rang me, made an appointment. Then, less than a week later rang again to cancel and said they couldn’t help me and recommended someone else.
This was especially disappointing and frustrating since a friend found them really helpful in couples counseling but now they say they don’t do couples counseling. Why couldn’t they tell me that back in November? I also feel fairly violated since I gave some fairly personal information in the phone interview that I thought would be used to help me.
