The two separate occasions I've dealt with OPSM in Townsville Shopping Centre , I would never recommend to anyone. The first my meta glasses were faulty so I come in to ask about them to be told that she didn't know to much about them then I went in again to ask what was going on with the process to be told customer care would call me which never happened. Then I went in a few days later to see how the process was going to be told that Maddie was looking after me and that was it, so I took my partner in a few hours later for my partner to say to Marie couldn't she look up my name and just let us know what was happening to be told that Maddie had put in for a replacement pair which I still wasn't told about took multiply times for me to go in to get this sorted. Then the second time my partner took me in to order my Oakley Sunnies to which I got a call to ask if they are meant to be opticals or sunglasses which we had ordered sunglasses. Then a few days later Miquela spoke to my partner blaming the fault she had made on the system saying that on their end it says sunglasses but it wasn't on the other end which to her was her stuff up but instead of saying sorry for the stuff it was made out like she did nothing wrong. Very unprofessional and just a joke honestly.

Staff were polite and friendly and also very helpful in guiding my choices. I was able to reduce costs by reusing my frames from
Last year. Also OPSM enabled my prescription to be paid for from my Home Care Package Provider.
Once they were paid for, the lens order was placed and I took in my frames and the lens were swapped over. Brilliant!
