Unfortunately, both my wife and I have had disappointing experiences with the front-of-house staff at OPSM Rhodes. On two separate occasions, we each requested a copy of our prescriptions, and both times we were met with reluctance and what felt like visible annoyance. Something that should be a simple, routine part of service was made unnecessarily difficult and unpleasant.

To be fair, the optometrist I saw was excellent — professional, thorough, and very helpful during the eye exam. It’s a shame that the overall experience was undermined by poor customer service at the front desk. While the clinical side of the business seems strong, the lack of basic courtesy and willingness to assist on the customer service side means I won’t be returning. Hopefully this feedback prompts some reflection and improvement.

The staff was very helpful and could answer all my questions about Mata Ray-ban and order for me. They also took the time to explain their various promotions (50% off on a second pair). Very important for me, they also helped me chose a second pair of (non smart) glasses, offering recommendations on what fits and works well on me.
Thanks a ton to the helpful staff: Mel for taking the time to answer all my questions and hep me chose a pair, Amelia for letting me place an order so close to the shops closing time!

Never had such a thorough eye exam! Lucia drew diagrams and educated me on everything that's going on with my eyes. She really knows what she's talking about and she was able to answer the most obscure of questions!

I had an exceptional first experience at OPSM Rhodes today.The staff Mona is highly professional ,friendly, and exceptional patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to assisting me.The entire visit was an absolute pleasure.
Fantastic service from Mona! She’s just as excellent at the OPSM Rhodes branch as she was at the Chatswood location.Friendly, knowledgeable, and always helpful—truly a pleasure to deal with.

Very unsatisfied experience. Upon arrival, the staff member was eating KFC at the front desk, which I found to be unhygienic and unprofessional. When I approached her to inquire about eyeglasses, she responded in an impatient manner, clearly more focused on her meal than assisting customers. Furthermore, when she assisted me with purchasing eyeglasses, she lacked proficiency in her role. She repeatedly had to consult others over the phone(she named herself vee or bee) regarding the operational procedures. It took approximately an hour to complete the purchase, which was far longer than necessary. While I saw a lot of customers were waiting for her. I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and address the issues within your team, I will call the head office to report this serious issue.
