Thank you to Clay who stayed overtime (a day before his birthday!) to help me sort out new glasses. I was freaking out about breaking my current and only pair and he took the time to make sure the paperwork was done properly.

The optician Wei Chiam was very meticulous in his routine eye test. Because of the comprehensive retinal eye test, he found a possible abnormality of a bulge and a thinned out blood vessel. I'm getting tested for glaucoma to rule it out. I wouldn't have started preventative diagnosis if he didn't mention about the new technology. I am very thankful and grateful for the customer service from both individuals.

A fantastic, helpful experience. The optometrist was thorough and explained everything very well. The staff were helpful and honest when picking frames. They picked up a problem that had been overlooked at another optometrist company. Excellent service.

Staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. Very quick turnaround on frames and lenses. Optomotrist was very friendly amd explained in detail all results.

I had previously had to change my appointment twice and they were very accommodating. Was welcomed by the team on arrival. Did not have to wait, was taken straight in for the 1st section of testing. Had to wait maybe 5 minutes before was taken in to carry out final eye testing. Optometrist was very friendly and helpful. Then was assisted by staff that were so helpful and happy people. Gave me honest feedback of what frames suited and what didn't. They had a huge range. Always go back each year for new testing and frames and will continue to do so.

The glasses are good but the staff there sign you onto insurance for the glasses without asking. They also don't consult you on what extra charges they are adding to the glasses. I would recommend Specsavers as the staff are more upfront about the ad on costs and just as friendly.

Great staff at Gateway Store, had some issues with frames and they sorted it on the spot one set had to have lenses refitted to new frames, The turn around was fast about a week really happy, cheers OPSM.
