I was very impressed with the entire team from start to finish. I had my Ray Ban Wayfarer prescription glassess stolen 6 weeks ago on a work assignment in Canberra, which was very disheartening. From the Optometerist, to Georgia, Elder, Maria and finally Josie, I experienced a wealth of attention to detail and care. Josie showed amazing enthusiasm and flare, for a young lady still of school age, she displays strong customer service skills, active listening well beyond her age, and something others can learn from. The whole experience took away from the disappointment of losing my valued glasses some weeks ago. I'll be back in the near future to purchase one or two more pair of presciptions and choose from their amazing frame selction. A thanks to Aimie today who took the time for a breif chat when I returned to the Store with my Son to answer a querie I had.

Great eye test experience with optometrist Arvin. - a very gentle, knowledgeable young man. I had a comprehensive eye test plus scanning, and I could then ask questions and not feel I was being rushed. All this was followed by a thoroughly enjoyable time with Georgia and her gorgeous assistant while I tried frames and got measured up for my new Tiffany glasses which I can’t wait to get. Staff are very professional, and I would definitely recommend going to OPSM Miranda.

I have been visiting OPSM Miranda for the last 15 years and every time I purchase my glasses I have been looked after by Maria!
I cannot thank you enough Maria for your professionalism, your knowledge, your honesty and the time you spend with me and my daughter to make sure we get the best products as well as the best service.

I have been a customer of OPSM for 37 years & the optometrists have always been great. I have purchased all my contact lenses & glasses here over the years but won’t any more. Like others have expressed before, if you are not going in to the store to spend money & just need your frames adjusted don’t expect good service from the staff.

OPSM Miranda have good optometrists and qualified dispensing opticians. They replaced the glasses the metal nose-pads of which hurt my nose at no cost . Thank you team Miranda. I wish you have a larger variety of lightweight frames!
