FROM THE EYE TEST TO THE COUNTER TO PAY FOR THE GLASSES, THE EXPERIENCE WAS AWESOME. I WAS HAVING A BAD WEEK AND THIS WAS A CHORE I WAS NOT HAPPY TO HAVE BUT DANIELLE MADE IT A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE FOR ME. THE ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND THOUGHTFULNESS WENT A VERY LONG WAY. WOULD RECOMMEND 10/10!!!

I was able to purchase my first pair of prescription glasses with the assistance of Anita. She provided great service, was friendly and patient whilst choosing the right frame for myself. Fabulous experience from the moment I walked through the door till I left at the Riverlink store. The Optometrist Anna was very knowledgeable about my current eye issues being treated by an ophthalmologist and was able to give me up to date information to relay back to him. The front counter consultant Sheree was able to help me to work within my budget after selecting good frames. Fabulous service from both staff members. Will certainly go back annually.

I have been going to Riverlink OPSM for at least 4 years now and have to say the experience has been effortless even through the pandemic. I make a booking online, receive a reminder text, am assessed by a lovely and professional optometrist and finally go shopping for an awesome set of new glasses with what I now call a friend - Sheree who is a fantastic consultant and makes buying a pair of glasses so easy. I don’t often leave reviews but I travel to Brisbane once a year and this is one appointment I look forward to.
