I walked in off the street as had a really bad eye irritation and they booked me in straight away with Tina. Tina was very thorough and friendly too. All checked out ok. Highly recommend Tina!

Terrible experience. Mean girl vibes.
Bad customer service, tried to lie to me that they weren't able to refund my order as per store policy and only changed their story after I said I wasn't made aware of those rules when making the purchase.

They also tried to refuse to give me a tax invoice before, and that I was only able to get it upon collection of the glasses, which was what prompted me to cancel the order in the first place.

Not going back.
