Horrible customer service, horrible prices, misleads customers and wastes their time, horrible in general. I went there for my glasses and they kept offering tons of unnecessary bundles and everything was very expensive. It also takes so long to get it all sorted out and takes 2 weeks for glasses to get ready. When I asked for alternatives they said that I should go there again tomorrow to buy contact lenses. And when I came back the next day they said that they couldn’t give me contact lenses and said that I would have to undergo seminars. COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME

Horrible experience with sales woman named ALISON .we went to Cockburn shop to buy prescriptions frame.we just wanted to buy frame and not glasses. Sales personnel using cheap tactics of asking where we are from ,our home country .Telling us ohhh must be cheap to buy in India.Judging us based on our skin where we belong and we can afford or not to buy prescriptions glasses .Poor mentality of sales woman.Improve your skills ALISON

Extremely poor communication. Attempted to call all week to confirm the address as it is not clear on their website or online. Attempted to call on the day of the appointment to not have an answer. To then miss my appointment. Do not recommend this place

A wonderful experience.
I have been to many optometrists over the years and this last visit was the best. I was waiting for less than 2 minutes and I was finished in a 1/3rd of the time taken at my previous appointment with a different store. The optometrist was lovely and friendly and I was just given my new prescription details without having to beg for it. I will definitely be going back next time.

Poor customer service. I went to shop today and ask the gentlemen if they can check my health fund and he said he cannot check unless I have my eye check up appointment and they are not good. Very bad experience and not recommended to everyone. They just walk away after the conversation. Very poor customer service . Bad experience with them December 30,2024 @1020AM@ OPSM GATEWAYS.

Edit 12/11 - OPSM saw my review and made contact with me to acknowledge my review and stated the specialist did not receive my referral. However, this still doesn't excuse that lack of communication we received in return from my attempts to find out what happened to my son's referral. I didn't really get an apology either for the lack of communication.
Specialist made contact with me and appointment was made for the 19/11. Overall happy for this outcome before my son starts school next year.

Took our 4 year old into this store as we were concerned about his eyes. Results did show an issue and we were referred onto a specialist (or so we thought) went back into the store about 3 months later to ask about my son's referral and the man in the store tried to find my son's referral and found nothing. He was going to get the woman that completed our referral to follow it up and call us back.... Still no follow up or call back months later again.

I have been with OPSM Gateways, they are very thorough with the eyes check, I recently had very pleasant customer service with one guy ( sorry didn't get your name) who went above and beyond to explain and check that I understood all about my new prescription glasses. It took just around 2 weeks before I received my glasses and again I had excellent customer service from the beautiful lady Marina who explained thoroughly how to get adjusted to my new glasses. She showed me how to use it properly and how to adjust my position to get a clear vision... She has been very helpful in making sure I was comfortable enough with my new glasses... I am very satisfied and very happy with OPSM in Gateway. Thank you so much.

I just want to say how fantastic Rudy is!

I spoke to him on the phone in the afternoon to discuss purchasing glasses. From the moment I spoke to Rudy on the phone he was so friendly, knowledgeable and professional!

When I arrived at the store, I wasn't expecting him to remember me from my voice on the phone but he did. He warmly welcomed me and began to help straight away. He truly went above and beyond for me through the whole experience!

From helping me find what I was looking for, to recommending other similar pairs, providing feedback on the fit, ensuring the lenses prescription felt right and making sure I was happy during the whole process.
As I couldn't see in the mirror, he even offered to take photos of what each frame looked like on - something I've never been offered elsewhere in the 15 years I've been wearing/buying glasses but it was SO helpful and I love that he did that!

He even noticed at the start of helping me that the glasses I was wearing were loose & tightened them for me so they fit perfectly now!

Rudy really thought of everything! He wasn't pushy at all and was smiling & chatting through the whole experience which was super comforting. I feel he was genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I needed and is extremely knowledgeable.

I've had negative experiences in the past with other stores, so I was nervous about going in today but Rudy has truly exceeded all of my expectations.

Thank you so much, Rudy! I can't wait to see you again soon.
