Some of the staff are extremely rude. My grandparents had a very bad experience with them as well. The management seriously need to speak to the staff.

This team is just so focused on delivering excellent customer service it's amazing. One side of my glasses sprung open and I couldn't fix them. OPSM replaced the pin, tighten the other side and oiled the joints, all for free. Thanks for the great service

Tried to call the store on multiple occasions, however, the store seems to be incapable in answering their phones. Simple shipping instructions can’t seem to be followed and unclear communication from the store. This is incredibly disappointing, given the amount of money I have spend at OPSM for my glasses, but in this interaction and previous interactions in the past.

The optometrist Yvonne spent much time and inspected my eyes very carefully. Even though one of my myopia lenses was incorrect, which I understand it's hard to be perfect, OPSM immediately agreed to replace. Prices are reasonable with Bupa.

The prescription glasses we received for my daughter was wrong. I was disappointed because we trusted that we received the right prescription of glasses. We learned about this after our current check up with the other branch. The doctor informed us that on the record, the latest prescription done was 350 but the glasses she currently wearing was 175. My daughter will not know if the new glasses was the new prescription glasses. We can only confirm the type of frame. She is a kid and that will not help with her eye health. This is to raise awareness as well to parents to double check the glasses they received. I paid $420 out of my pocket and that was happen.
