Went into opsm for a specific set of sunnies. Had Leanne (apologies if spelt wrong) helping me and she was wonderful. Would recommend if shopping for glasses to go in and take a look.

First REVIEW 2023 I left a one star review which I am now editing. Very disappointing to see a business offer 50% and at point of sale, we dont actually have anything which you can purchase at 50% off. No prescription frames/glasses suitable for an OPSM customer for over 40 years. OPSM are now somehow tying Lens to frames, my lens are made separately to the frames, love to know if anybody who wears multi focals actually got the 50% discount advertised.......

15/6/2024 - Much happier Jan, thank you to the Manager Taylor (I hope I got that right) and the fab lady who helped me pick my new multifocal frames out. They are exactly what I needed. FYI get in there quick when it's sale time to get your 50% discount.

I had a a bit of bad luck on Thursday I lost a screw out of my glasses frame & I called in at OPSM In Batemans Bay! The lady at the front counter told me they were very busy & asked me to drop them off she would call me when they were ready. I told her that I had just drove from Murrumburrah nsw & had to head straight back! So she fixed my problem & with a big smile sent me on my way what a lovely young lady. Thanks very much Young lady helped me out heaps in you're busy time much appreciated kind regards Ian Murrumburrah nsw. Tell your boss you're worth more money.

OPSM Batemans Bay is a very professional outfit. All staff on deck know what's going on and provide the best information and recommendations for their customers. They take time and pay attention and off the best solutions. The optical examination practitioners are meticulously thorough. I might also mention that their selection of frames are pretty broad. I'm sure you'll find something that suits.

I would like to highly recommend to anyone OPSM Batemans Bay. From the minute I walked in I was welcomed and made feel comfortable. The customer service team was excellent, the optometrist was very personable and thorough and I was consulted and kept informed of each procedure. After the tests I was assisted very helpfully by the lovely sales girl to choose frames which I decided to upgrade to, wasn't pushed at all to buy. She assisted me to choose frames which I liked and that suited me and the prices were very reasonable. I am so happy with my whole experience with OPSM I will be recommending going there to any friends/family/workmates here on the south coast. Thankyou to the team at OPSM Batemans Bay

The store is really big with a huge selection of frames and sunglasses, it is a very modern store that looks very clean and professional. The optometrist was on time for my appointment. The staff that helped me with my glasses were friendly and caring, I was able to claim my health fund rebate when I purchased my glasses and contacts.

The crew were professional to deal with a tidy shop. Neat and easy to understand invoicing for claims and order times were speedy! Time given to clients was fair and thoughtful even for a partner that started with 8 different designed frames and eventually guided her to the right one.
