The optometrist I saw (Alex Nucifora) was very proficient, experienced and confident. I felt at ease with her because she was friendly and not rushed, and I would highly recommend her. The other staff members of the shop front were also very efficient and helpful especially when it came to selecting frames and organizing the prescriptions. They are also helpful and proficient at making adjustments and changes to the spectacles. I would certainly recommend the Aspley OPSM for your spectacle needs. Thank you.

After a very disappointing experience at a different OPSM, I walked into the Aspley store, hoping for a better outcome. I can thoroughly recommend Aspley Hypermarket OPSM. The staff were lovely and supportive and Jo the Optometrist was very patient in helping me get the right contacts. It was a long process however we made it in the end.

Wow! Best OPSM I have ever been to. Yesterday, I called OPSM at the Hypermarket to potentially book in with an optometrist in the new year, however, the extremely kind staff member named Sarah listened to my concerns and booked me in for that day at 4.30pm! She was extremely kind and comforting and let the optometrist know of my concerns.

When I came into the shop, she double checked I was okay, as I was a little nervous thinking my eyes had declined in a short time frame. Her kindness was truly wonderful.

Then, I went in to the optometrist and Dr Jess was brilliant! She was extremely thorough with her testing and ensuring that I felt comfortable. She was extremely personable and made me feel happy to be there. Best eye test ever.

Id love to thank Dr Jess and Sarah for the best appointment ever.

This is the third time I’ve been to OPSM Hypermarket and to be honest with you, every experience has been wonderful. All of their optometrists are brilliant and all of their staff members are kind and fantastic as well. 5 stars, would recommend and do recommend to anyone looking to get their eyes tested!

I've gone into this place on three different occasions on each on one the service has been exceptional. Just today I picked up a couple of pairs of glasses and the lenses are excellent which I attribute to the quality of the eye check.
