The care and attention to detail shown by my optometrist Mia was incredible! I was extremely hesitant to give contacts a second try and she was full of great little insights and techniques which helped me nail it. I’m leaving the appointment with the confidence to know i can tackle it at home and if i get stuck she’s not to far away at my local OPSM branch

Recently caravanning through the area and had an issue with my ten day old frames. The lovely gentleman that attended to my plight. Popped my lenses into a new pair of frames and got me back on the road. Was no charge. Good country service from good country staff. Thank you.

I had an issue with my eye. I called and spoke with them and after a brief consultation with the optometrist, judged it to be necessary to get me in for a check to following day. This was despite them being fully booked out.
Great service all round. They also have some of the most advanced machines in the business.

I'm very disapointed with OPSM, I was at there about 22 months ago, when I found out that I had cateracts. A referral was to be sent to the eye clinic, but it wasn't sent. I found out from the eye clinic. I went back to OPSM to ask them to send the referral and also the report to my GP, which hadn't been sent either. When I had my appointment with the eye clinic, the referral didn't have the details that was needed, which meant that I saw the wrong person. Needed to make a new appointment with the correct person. All this took time of course. I've now had the eye surgery at last after 22 months.
I'm looking for another optometrist business who does their job as they should.
