I found Alexis very unprofessional. Alexis is not collaborative or caring. My therapist recommended me to her for a massage and Alexis decided not to give me one. Instead she decided to practise her amateur therapy on me.

She was unable to answer my questions regarding her process but instead referred me to a trauma helpline. She contacted my family therapist without my consent. She did not address any of my concerns regarding the unethical nature of this action.

I found her exceptionally difficult to communicate with. She does not answer questions and is not interested in feedback. I found her quite predatory. I think she assessed me as someone vulnerable that she could get more money out of than just the price of a massage, which I repeat, I never received.

If you are considering engaging this person, be aware she is not registered with any professional bodies that may hold her accountable for the way she treats her customers. She had no qualms about refunding my money without resolving any of my issues about her practices.

Alexis is one of these rare people you are lucky to come across and want to recommend to your friends and family. I have been going to her for massages that have been great both physically and mentally, not least because she is such a warm and empathetic being.

She knows exactly what I need each time and I hardly need to talk (if I don’t feel like it) because she scans the body and knows intuitively how to work her magic. I always go for 1 ½ hours as it really allows me to get the full benefit of a relaxing and repairing massage that leaves me balanced – and with fresh energy and a clear mind.
