It’s been a long time since I visited a doctor, so finding a local GP felt a bit daunting. I ended up choosing this clinic because the HotDoc app showed they had appointments available. But I called to ask if they were accepting any new patients. The staff were lovely.

The clinic itself is spotless. I actually asked when they opened because it looked so fresh and new, but turns out they’ve been around for over three years. I hadn’t even finished the paperwork before my name was called!

I walked away feeling genuinely confident I’m in good hands and on the path to recovery. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for a welcoming practice. I'll move all my family from our previous clinic to here.

Very welcoming, made sure I was comfortable the entire and and genuinely listened to what I had to say and my concerns. The reception staff are also incredibly warm and welcoming. Visiting Mooloolaba for the first time from Melbourne our little 9 month old has been hit with a nasty virus and potential parasite. The team at On Point didn’t hesitate to find us an appointment quickly and Dr Daniel Wilde was very understanding, relatable and knowledgeable (he also managed to distract our busy 3 year old with stickers and banter while he examined our baby). Outstanding care at this medical centre. Dr. Kate and Dr. Alex are attentive, compassionate, and always take the time to listen. The minimum 20-minute appointments ensure you never feel rushed, and they provide real solutions beyond just a prescription. While the fees are slightly higher, the quality of care is well worth it.

My regular doctor is on leave, but quick and easy to get an appointment to see another. Both equally caring and thorough. And got my blood test immediately on site. Very convenient.
