Had such a lovely experience at this place. From the customer service , To a very clean centre and an extremely detailed report, everything was great. I was especially grateful for my sonographer Katherine, She was extremely kind, empathetic and professional. She made me feel so comfortable and was so kind to me. My GP recommended this clinic to me, saying that the examinations here are very thorough and the service is excellent. That’s why I have always chosen to come here, regardless of whether they bulk bill or not. The examinations are indeed detailed, and the staff are gentle, explaining what they are seeing during the procedure, which helps ease my anxiety. The service has always been great.

However, I was very disappointed today. The procedure was rough and painful to the point that I felt like crying. The pain was so intense that I had to go to the restroom twice just to urinate. Even on my way back to the car, I was still in pain. The person performing the examination felt cold, unprofessional, and rushed, as if they just wanted to finish quickly. I felt extremely anxious, and my toes remained tense and lifted throughout the procedure.

I spoke to the receptionist and made it clear that I do not want to be examined by this person again in the future. The receptionist assured me that they had made a note of it and advised me to remind the staff to check my notes when I book my next appointment.

My first time visiting and my experience was wonderful. I was made to feel comfortable and my sonographer Jodi was amazing. The best sonographer I have ever seen. She was friendly, informative and made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend Omni Ultrasound.

What a lovely place to finally be heard and seen. After 30 years of pain with endometriosis, the journey hasn't always been easy, especially after being gaslit by various health professionals, so when my sonographer Kate listened attentively with all my concerns with genuine empathy and compassion, it makes a huge difference. She was incredibly patient and gentle with me, always checking if I needed a break. An incredibly validating experience. I actually felt like a worthy human for once. The sonographer I had was incredibly rude and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Considering this was an internal ultrasound, you’d expect a level of professionalism and care to make the experience less stressful. Instead, the sonographer had a terrible attitude, lacked any bedside manner, refused to answer questions, and when they did, they were unbelievably rude and condescending. would not recommend this place to anyone.
