I highly recommend Lachy at Olympus Lifestyle for anyone going through ACL rehab or recovering from a serious injury. Lachy is a great physio. Lachy listens to you, and discusses and formulates a plan of action that you’re comfortable with. During this process, he engages and makes you feel like the exercises are comfortable, he will guide you throughly. Throughout the sessions, he asks how you feel about the exercises, and how they’re going for you to see if they need adjusting if they’re too much, or not working for you. I do highly recommend Lachy because I like how he asks questions and how he listens to you, he understands your needs and discusses what is the best option. Give him ago!
