Walked in for a standard consultation. I was informed it was going to cost me 85$ and at times like this that’s not just money I can play with. I then saw the doctor not for long that I felt did nothing different for me then seeing a bulk billed doctor where I would have been able to pay no money. I then finish up and get told it comes to 145$ because apparently the service was described as a mental health care consultation. Really speaks for itself with the “mental health” support these services have to offer in Australia when it cost me nearly double just to have a conversation about my anxiety🤣🤣. At no point was this any of this explained or discussed with me. If I’m incorrect I apologise but the front counter person name is Chloe and she lied to me with Medicare and said she lodged it all and someone how there was a problem and it was completely out of her hands and Medicare had to deal with it. I contact Medicare and she never made one single claim and I had to do it all myself.

I highly recommend Olive Medical! Especially Dr. Eboh he is exceptional—always kind, honest, and truly listens to your concerns. He has always taken the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease. I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes, and the care I receive here is top-notch. Definitely worth the drive from Hughenden!

The practice manager was very rude and talked over me and wouldn't let me speak and they banned me from the clinic for something that I don't do.The information that she sent me from hotdoc was unreadable. All because I made an appointment with my doctor but no one tells anyone that she is only seeing women patient then made me an appointment with another doctor and then cancelled that appointment to saying that I'm banned from the clinic

Highly recommend Doctor Samir. He really cares about his patients and is very thorough. I always feel like I'm in good hands with him. The reception staff are always kind and prompt. Highly recommend.

My family have been attending Olive Medical Centre over years. Olive Medical Centre is a great environment, well setup and kids friendly. The staff are welcoming, respectful and friendly. Doctor George and his staff are professional and well experienced. Consultations are well explained in clear details with respect and always confidential. I highly recommend Olive Medical to all my families and friends!
