I can’t say enough about how much Ohana Family Chiropractic has helped improve my back .As someone who used to play footy, I’ve dealt with chronic back pain for years due to the physical toll the sport took on my body. After trying various treatments with little success, I decided to give chiropractic care a shot and I’m so glad I did.

As a migraine sufferer for most of my life, Ohana Kelly and Sonja were recommended to me by a family friend. I was sceptical, in short, 14 months later, I am absolutely amazed at how much better I feel, migraines are less frequent overall my whole body and mind feels much better. I'm also amazed in the care given, not treated as a number or another client, but the feeling of genuine care for my welfare and how I'm feeling. I had a couple of bed migraines outside of normal business hours, Kelly and Sonja organised treatment for me which stopped migraine from potentially taking a week or more to recover from. I’m grace and I’ve been coming to Ohana for just under a year now and I have been so amazed by my results. since the beginning I have been impressed by the way things are run. The initial process was so detailed it makes you feel so confident walking into a new unfamiliar place , then to the adjustments : they have helped so much. Kelly and Sonya both know what they are doing and are very knowledgeable. When I joined I wasn’t able to walk without pain, and could not sit on a chair , I spent my breaks at work laying down flat in my car in pain as that was all I could manage to do. Fast forward to now 6 months later and I’m happier and healthier then ever , i do more sport then I ever have and am back to being a strong healthy teenager thanks to the lovely ladies here at Ohana. I cannot recommend this place enough.
I will jsut also add that the Front desk lady’s Liz and Natalie are the most welcoming and kind ladies too. always putting a smile on my face 🥰

Have been coming to ohana since 2017, have seen them through injuries, maintenance care, pregnancy and now bring my son too. The team are always incredibly helpful and many of the issues I've had with my spinal care have been helped immensely thanks to the care of this team! I've tried other chiropractors who are more local to me and I would much prefer the extra travel for the attention to detail and care they provide.

Great practice with really compassionate and genuinely caring practitioners. They have been supporting me through a particularly challenging medical journey and I am so grateful. I really feel that the adjustments give me so much more resilience in my nervous system to face the challenges along my journey. The practitioners regularly check-in with how I'm feeling and tailor the adjustments accordingly. This means that if I am feeling particularly fragile then the adjustments are gentle.
