The worst Officeworks customer service. I've been to other stores and at least the stuff makes an effort to attend to the customer needs. Here at Wetherill Park the service is just appalling. You can wait forever to get some sort of very slow service, which involves grunting or no communication at all. Makes you wonder how they manage to employ a bunch of people so not in tune with current world customer service. Is it management? Is it just their common personality trait?
Who knows.
Conclusion: Avoid this store completely, if you can.

I would give more than a 5 star. In the 5 years I’ve been to Officeworks Wetherill park I’ve never had such great customer service from Tanya! Really helped me choose my TV. Tanya is well deserved! I would definitely come back to Officeworks Wetherill Park for Tanya

I honestly don’t see why they deserve 2.7 star ratings. Came here on Friday and got an IPad, MacBook and a screen protector. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Quite a large store and a lot of parking available on the premises 😄

Very unexperienced team, I went for printing, I had to wait on the line for more than 45 minutes, there was only one staff member who is helping the costumers, the team are running in the place l, but no one is asking what is my inquiry, very very poor of experience costumer service team,
After 1 hour of waiting, they said the printing machine is broken and the other machine is not accepting the printing.
Their team will defiantly need a huge training on how to work in the printing section.
It was really disappointing and frustrating.

I also bought an iPad five months ago. It stopped working. I returned it to them. They have had it for more than two weeks. Every two days I go to them and there is no clear answer from them. They returned it as is and did nothing. I do not advise anyone to buy anything electronic from them because their treatment is very bad.

I had to get some photos scanned, my wife has just passed, and I needed them for her funeral service. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and then they refused to charge me any fee. So thankful and so overwhelmed they wouldn't take any money! I am a huge fan, and so many thanks to your wonderful staff and the generosity they displayed. You deserve as many stars as the universe.
