I’m a 24 year old with newly diagnosed hearing loss. I’ve also been told I have some vascular deformities around my ear that may require stenting. I was told by the doctor who diagnosed me with this to call this practice and see Dr Woodhouse as he is the only doctor on the coast who is aware of these conditions. Every other GP I go to does not know anything about my issues. I called the practice and was met by a very rude receptionist. I was literally told to book an appointment here by another health professional but the receptionist think she knows better.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. My mother has had an ear pain for a few days, she had an appointment today to get it checked out, cost her $100, she was hoping for bulk billing but that was not the case, instead I get a phone call from her, in tears saying the doctor was yelling at her, so unbelievably unprofessional and rude, I may sound ridiculous because it’s not a huge deal, but no body makes my mother cry, not even a doctor, get your shit together ochre.

I arrived 10 minutes early to my appointment and was told that Dr Saskia Winn was running behind with patients today - as unfortunately most doctors do these days. However what I was not told was that she was running an hour and a half late! She was not apologetic and I said that I am 45 minutes late to my new job and I had been waiting all through my allotted lunch break and she told me that she also had to work through her lunch! As if that was of my doing, definitely will not be returning to her and I was left feeling worse than when I entered. (And a whole lot later)

I've always gone to see Dr Mick Dean, he has always been extremely competent and professional. You can really tell he has been a doctor at a high level for a really long time and also has incredible social skills to help you understand and feel really comfortable.

If you are looking for a resolution to your problem I could not recommend seeing anyone other than Dr Mick Dean after working with him.

really upset with this GP experience,

had a knee injury where I couldn’t walk at all for 2 days , was referred to get an MIR and when I went back to the doctor for the results I had no real explanation of the cause , Was in the room for 1 minute with an unbothered quick explanation and no further recommendations, I have moved interstate and still months later I still have this lingering knee pain that flares up every few days and I don’t know what the cause is so now I have to see another GP who hopefully cares to look into it more.

We are visiting on holidays and they saw without hesitation today. Friendly, polite and professional staff. No wait time- Dr saw us right on the booked appointment time. Thorough assessment, not rushed.
Can’t thank the Doctor and team enough. Would highly recommend this clinic.
