Fantastic Dr Ben Hanson is the best. It's the 1st time that I feel listened too. I know I got lots going on but I have never felt like I had to hurry up. And he understands I'm on a pension card and tries to do the best to look after me. The care I have had so far makes me feel like a human being and someone really cares about me. I would highly recommend this practise... The ?receptionist ? are always happy to help and friendly and try to help me with anything I need help with. You will find it difficult to find a better Dr's

I have now been visiting Ochre Medical Centre Lithgow for about 2 years. I have never had any bad experience there, the Doctors are all very professional, and there is no rush at any appointment, and the appointments are normally very close to the booked time.

The staff are fantastic and treat every person there with respect and friendship. Linda and the other ladies at reception are wonderful and make visits to the doctors a pleasure.

The Nurse, Wendy, is amazing, nothing is ever any trouble and She is obviously very experienced and highly skilled, and is always very pleasant to be with.

The in house Pathology is a great time saver.

I would very much recommend this practice to anyone wanting excellent medical care in a very safe and friendly environment.
