My family with them nearly 20 years. Our GP, for example, Dr R. Curtotti becomes a member of our family. She always likes to investigate a step further to find out the real issues. Her patient, professional skills and broad knowledge helped us to confront many different and difficult situations.
The reception crews are always helpful and knew what they are doing. Very nice to chat with them.
Nurses are very nice and gentle.

Ochre Health has been amazing. All the doctors are excellent and they have worked with me given my complex medical condition ( multiple sclerosis) I appreciate the care, due diligence and often priority medical assistance they give when necessary. I cannot give them a higher recommendation. I appreciate the staff and their support.

The doctor i had was very lovely and caring and all around had a great appointment until i had to pay. I probably wont be back due to it because almost $200 just to see a doctor my old doctor was only $80 so ill have to find else where unfortunately

I was made to see Dr Reza for an injury at work. It was a humiliating misogynistic experience. I felt belittled by his disinterest in facts and overwhelmed by his ‘bedside manner’..
I found it frightening that he was allowed to interrogate me without a support person and i was scared and couldn’t wait to escape him. He assumed and did not listen. The questions were unrelated to my condition. He made a decisive decision that the insurance company seemed more than happy to agree with, despite him NOT witnessing scans he suggested should be taken.
He asked irrelevant questions..and seemed to enjoy frightening me.

Dr Clarke has been helping navigate a difficult Comcare case. Difficult in the sense that my workplace and Comcare were being difficult. Sometimes fairly straightforward ended taking longer than was necessary. But go there! She's a great human and and even better Dr!

Dr Lisa Lloyd is very empathetic, very interactive, with a good sense of humour. I always look forward to the few minutes of her precious time as a GP. I highly recommend her.

Incompetent.
It's becoming exceedingly difficult to book by phone or Hotdoc, as doctors are becoming less available at convenient times. Even when I have appointments, the doctors are often late by 30-45 minutes. This is a reoccurring issue.

Recently, I booked in to get travel vaccines. They sent me in to see the nurses and got me to fill in the forms, GP saw me for a few seconds and said to me "you can't get this done because you need a full consultation"... which the receptionist should've known when booking the appointment.

This was the fault of the practice, not me. Nothing was done to fix the issue, I was treated with contempt as they suggested I book for another time rather than they correcting their mistake.
I had to take time off for this appointment, my time is just as valuable, and it wasn't treated as such.
I'm hoping in the future the receptionist are not anywhere near as imcompetent, lest the practice lose more patient's.
