Recently moved to morisset park, new to the area. 1:37pm in the afternoon and they have 2 appointments left for this afternoon 3pm&4pm with locum doctor. I call to try book in, only to be advised there not taking new patients.. and can’t let me take one appointment because there reserved for their existing patients.. not fair when it’s hard enough to see a doctor around here and only to be told no you can’t have these available appointments, not to mention the 10+ times they have available for tomorrow. Just sad.

Excellent receptionist - friendly,polite,great manner. Thorough doctor who had old school "bedside manner" & actually read my file! Practice made all efforts to keep my "out of pocket" $$ to an absolute minimum. Thankyou Dr H & receptionist J at Ochre Bonnells Bay ❤

Been living with chronic pain for years on and off from an accident. Spent $120 have to work 6 hours of my time for that to get a referral to a specialist to get scans. Went and got the tests $370 later all out of pocket. Went back to doctors another $90 then decided on treatment I know where the pain is and how to solve it and doctors wouldn’t let me get injections to help with the pain. Only on one side of my body not both .. now all the pain from that side has shifted to the other and I am in agony
Money hungry people. Disregard issues. Also another occasion I had a rash… $90 try this then told they didn’t know what it was….. come back $90 …… try this they disregard my suggestions to what it was and it’s my body….. another $120 and went to a specialist spent $250 at the specialist and got it solved. Ridiculous doctors

Dr Rumsey helps us manage our health & reminds us of upcoming specialists appointments & other necessary health checks. This is so important the older we get & we value her input & her help. We're grateful to have access to this valuable medical practice & the kind & courteous staff.

Been a patient at this practice for over 12 years. Recent retirements means there are real difficulties now. I have seen several different doctors over the past 8 months with a recurring problem, most of them short term locums. Most recent issue was, I had run out of a prescription for a regular medication. I was told I had to do a Telehealth consultation (I realise I have to pay, but $50 for a two minute phone call - and $18 Medicare rebate?). Not at all impressed, especially for us pensioners. That doctor, a new male doctor (permanent?) I had seen before, seems to see me as a dollar sign, not a patient. Will be seeing someone else next time, hopefully another permanent doctor.
