I have been going to this practice since March 2018. There are some great doctors at this practice some who have sadly left and moved on to other places. I greatly miss Dr Ellen Robinson, Dr Kate Grobicki, Dr Julia whose last name I can't recall. And a female doctor who treated me in 2019 while I was dealing with a family crisis. I wish I could remember her name. The seriousness with which all these doctors responded to my medical problem or personal problems. The genuine

I will never forget the empathy, professionalism and consideration with which all these wonderful doctors treated me. They actually listened to you as a patient as in really listened.

The one star left is for the couple of doctors who I visited once (and avoided afterwards) who were nothing like those mentioned above. These doctors were borderline dismissive when I dared voice what I thought was wrong with me, or who treated me like a number, some anonymous almost person they had to check off their to do list. One even acted offended when I mentioned a endocrinologist specialist dr who in 2018-20 saw me for free(bulk billed) when he didnt have (I was jobless at the time & couldn't afford the $300 consult) Will never visist that gp again.

I really like the doctors and nurses and phlebotomists and physio people that work here. They are always professional and they listen properly and help in tangible ways.to help your medical situation. The reception staff are also very nice and professional.

Doctor Ravi Ganepola is the best doctor I have seen in more than 20 years! As a family we have been patients of his since Dec 2015 and will continue to see him for as long as possibly. So smart and considerate and definitely a great doctor! The practice is also clean, reception staff are friendly and waiting time is always quick! Highly recommended

Wife had an appointment and cause she had a cough and nasal drip was refused entry and referred to the respiratory clinic where they promptly did a PCR and not happy about her being referred to them
Was told to visit the family practice after getting a negative result which we did and the dr refused to see her - cause still had a slight cough and trying to determine what type of flu she has whilst we sat in car outside !! Then promptly gives her another appointment 48 hours later with another doctor
We paying Medicare so how do one access it with this poor attitude and response - not back here again and this service is exceptionally poor and sub standard !

I have been to this practice plenty over the years and I have to say I have had a generally good experience. However I have to say that I also just saw the worst doctor, with the worst bedside manner ever. He belittled me and he disregarded what I was explaining to him and he basically made me out to be a brainlesss patient. He gave me a referral to see a specialist and on the letter he described what HE was saying to me were my symptoms not what I saying. This is how medical errors are made. He is the last doctor I would ever see and I sincerely hope I never encounter another doctor like him.
