Like all medical practices, you need to book in ahead unless it is a minor emergency. This practice encourages patients to call before their appointment to see if their doctor is running late.
My wife and I have been there many times over the past few years and on all occasions, the doctor has spent as much time as necessary to to thoroughly check you out or treat you. This is unlike some of the practices I have been to before in which you feel as if you are on a conveyor belt.
If the doctor is running late it is because they are taking special care with their patients.

I've been a patient at this practice for about 8 years, yes they run late but the service is friendly, efficient and thorough. You can always ring to see how late they are and you can also be sure you will get the time you need for your health care. Highly recommended.

Looked for an open practice on a Saturday...living in Dunbogan! Open which is a blessing when you feel so sick and can't drive far (Port!) Doctor was so thorough plus is not promoting unnecessarily antibiotics which is refreshing! Advised on natural remedies as well....impressed ?

They make a 3:30pm appointment for me at local gp 4:30pm im still waiting
Every day every doctor is running an hour behind dont make appointments if you never can stick to them

Very poor service, unwilling to assist with basic medical information regarding my own profile. Definitely will not be dealing with this practice again.
