Cannot recommend this place. I made an appointment through healthengine website. It said it opens from 7:30, and my appointment was at 8:00. I went there right on time but the door was locked and says closed. I’ve wait more than 20-30minute but no one came. I was on hurry and about to be late for my work so I couldn’t make it. I’ve even tried to contact with the number written but didn’t pick up. I feel so bad, just waste of my time.

By far the best experience I have had at a clinic in my life, I actually enjoy going in. Dr Lonergan is extremely knowledgeable, and the most honest GP I have been to. Reception are always really helpful and kind and not to mention it's bulk billed! Super easy to get to as well, would definitely recommend.

Dr. Brian Lonergan is absolutely the most pleasant doctor on earth.
I had an appointment for an (overdue), regular health check today morning.

Dr. Lonergan was thorough in his examinations, he explain all tests in a comprehensive, yet simple narrative.
His "PR" skills, together with a friendly charisma made my visit very pleasant.

My arrival at the medical center was received with courtesy and professionalism.
The pathology nurse is proactive & full of information & explain processes, step by step.

It is nice to be in a vibrant, friendly & holistic medical center, I left feeling rejuvenated.

My favourite medical practice! It is a few minutes walk from Wynyard station, super convenient. The environment is very comfortable. The staff are friendly and professional. Dr Brain is very knowledgeable and patient, Leri is one of the best nurse I've seen, and of course, the lovely receptionist lady, Sonya will help you with any issues with your booking and claims. Definitely one of the best medical centre all around!

Have been coming here since 2010 and have always had first class health care from the doctors. Have never had any trouble making an appointment and they are always on time. They are very thorouigh and when I've been referred to specialists, they have always sent me to the best, meaning that I am getting the right treatment and advice.

We came this clinic few weeks ago now and have been deciding if I should review. I do not recommend at all. Reception lady was unpleasant no covid-19 precautions were taken except for the front door locked. The doctor was more than happy to wear his mask on his chin and proceed to tell us why it is all a waste of time and money as in his opinion everyone should be catching the virus anyway, and to make matters worse he was coughing shaking whilst we were in his little room (which was not 1 person per 4 metres). As a parent I was desperate for a doctor to look at my sick baby, but all the doctor did was glance at him , and not listen to his symptoms which I was trying to explain. In the end I could not leave fast enough and never to return. I have reported him to the Medical Board as it was a total unethical consultation. And as an afterthought I then googled him online and the first thing that popped up was lawsuits!

I have been going there for years. First in the year 2000. The owner Nermal is a lovely, caring and professional doctor. However he's currently away flying with the South Australian Air Ambulance. When I called in recently I had by far the worst doctor's consultation that I have ever had. I needed urgent assistance with a a minor medical problem.I was in pain. The waiting room was empty. The receptionist was her charming self. However as she tried to help me by squeezing in a quick appointment Brian, who was lurking, half listening in his doorway suddenly jumped out and told me he was "too busy" and I should go off to the Emergency Ward at the RNS Hospital! My wife was shocked by his uncaring response but I had had a similar experience with him before. Never again though as we have moved up to Newcastle!
