My Instructor is Calm, Cool and Collected, He has my goals in mind and allows me to gain confidence in the Cardio, Casthinetics areas.

Has also guided myself towards Nutritional Values as i am very much a person that will only digest certain food groups in relation to the Glycemic Index Chart.

I would have no hesitation in recommending the people of the Oberon Community and Surroundings if you haven't already done so to have a chat to the friendly instructors that know there craft like the back of there hand.

Staffed hours are wrong and posted signage is misleading and incorrect staying that staffed hours are from 3pm even though there is nobody there to let you in for most of that time

For the love of God I'm just trying to be consistent with my health and routine but every time I go most of the time it isn't even staffed I have a membership that I pay for and yet no way to enter the gym without help from others. At least try to open and close on time for once and dont get up at me for being there when your never there
