The staff do the best they can with the people they have. What I find most troubling is getting paid. They pay you haphazardly and every time you have to almost demand to be paid, which is the reason I decided to quit. Staff member Evelyn is both considerate of one’s time while being exceptionally professional! She deserve a raise! Still trying to get my payment.

WASTE OF TIME! I was pre-screened for a depression study over the phone and was given an appointment for today. I am an unemployed, disabled veteran coming from North Las Vegas. I took 3 buses to get on time to my appointment. I checked in and waited 45 minutes. I didn't see any patients besides myself around. When I finally was brought to an exam room by Evelyn, I was told because I recently stopped a clinical trial for a completely different condition 45 days ago and they needed me to be drug-free for 6 months. They also needed me to wean off my current meds for this depression study. This was not mentioned on the phone. I wanted COMPENSATION for this wasted time and I was denied. Don't make a mistake and come here. If they are that careless with not giving you the proper information, how can you trust these nitwits with your health?

Terrible.Make you wait 2-3 Hours before you get seen. Don't waste your day., Pack lunch. They abuse your time If you cant respect people s time , you shouldn't be in the research business
