I visited Dr Leslie Mpala. And it was terrible. My eye was inflamed and he didn't check anything, said it was an allergy and sent me home. But it turned out to be a serious illness, inflammation of the iris, and now I have to undergo serious treatment. The clinic took money from me, I spent money on unnecessary drops and started treatment late. I think that such people should not be called doctors.

Went to pay a bill for my elderly mother on her behalf. Receptionist was rude as hell. All because my mother attended the paradise centre and was told by them we could pay it at oakden. She was playing dumb and it was frustrating me. Her blonde cow of an office manager was being dismissive and I know how she must have gotten her job

You REALLY have an attitude problem

Dr Mpala would have to be the MOST compassionate, caring, gentle Doctor EVER !! I have followed him from a previous practice and known him over 15 years now. He is patient and understanding and his compassion 💙 is unwavering. I couldn't recommend a better GP

I attended many years ago. The Doctors are good, but I found some of the receptionists to be rude and abrupt. I had an unfortunate experience today with one of the receptionists. I think when you're dealing with patients empathy and understanding is very important. I felt like she didn't care at all and didn't even try to offer solutions. She could've said "I'm really sorry, but we are unable to do that for you" or "I understand your frustration" or we can't do this but maybe you could try this... I was treated as an inconvenience. Just dismissive, abrupt and no care attitude.

This centre is fantastic. I called up with fairly short notice but they had availability for me. Dr Huy was really friendly and understanding. Prescribed me with just what I needed. The great thing is it’s attached to a pharmacy so you can walk right in and get what you need straight away. They were running on time too!

I was recommended to ring this clinic , which also coincides with the paradise clinic, I had a 7 year old little girl who was very unwell and presenting with bloody mucus, high fevers , was refused a consult in person due to flu symptoms, which obviously was required. Was told no one can see her because of symptoms, and only provided a tele health over the phone. she required a doctor to check and listen to her lungs. Appalling given the circumstances. Parent help line also agrees. Not good enough!
