Dr Brian& nurses here are quite friendly and spends good time for the consultation. Visited 3 times including for a blood test, and the phlebotomist was also very thorough and kind. Everyone is relatively attentive and good except the receptionist. The receptionist is not so friendly and had a bit of attitude all three times which I found little unpleasant. I will probably choose another medical centre closer to my house.
Otherwise it is a decent clinic.

I've been a patient at this practice for around 20 years and, notwithstanding practice management changes, the levels of caring, friendliness and efficiency experienced with my doctor and the nursing, pathology and reception staff have remained consistently high.

Nuvo Health Medical Centre opens on Sunday. I made my booking on the day and luckily I was able to secure an appointment . Dr Brian Ng was on duty. Brain's warm welcome which helps the whole consultation very relaxed. He's caring and with patience. A very nice doctor indeed.

I am new to my suburb and based on very good review online, I chose Nuvo as my GP clinic. Dr. Brian Ng was on duty. From appointment booking to getting specialist referral from Dr. Ng, I have been more than satisfied. Fern managing the reception was polite and caring. Dr. Ng saw me at the appointment time, no waiting, and being first time consultation, he spent almost an hour patiently going over my needs and personally making a number of calls trying to fix a specialist appointment for me. I would not get this level of patient care in Hong Kong where I mainly reside. Thank you De. Ng.
