Sunny and clean practice! Informative and approachable Doctors. Friendly reception staff. It's great to have a "one stop shop" and be able to see both by GP and have a blood test in the same place.

All the doctors and staff here are fantastic. My family and I have been with S Gotlieb and M Elstein for many years and they are brilliant. They go above and beyond and truly caring for their patients. The nurse is so professional, thoughtful and friendly. I highly recommend them all.

It’s generally fine, just don’t understand why you get charged a surgery consultation if you go to see a GP regarding an eye infection.
128$ for 5 minutes seems a bit excessive

The admin team were lovely and as an initial appointment, the intake was smooth and easy. However, the dietician I saw, Petra Klein, showed very little interest in me as an individual. She appeared to have a formulaic approach to giving advice/direction. The session was a whirlwind of instructions that were not tailored to me or my situation, she did not even look at my blood test results or care plan. I realise that there is only so much that can be done in a single session, but I have expectations that when I see a health professional, I receive assistance based on my current health needs, not be met with a one size fits all approach.
