I had an extremely disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this clinic. I booked a vaccination appointment in advance and arrived early, yet I was left waiting for 40 minutes despite an empty waiting room. When I was finally seen, the doctor was unprepared — she didn’t have her equipment set up and attempted to plug in her scales while on the floor. She then asked me to move the scales and, shockingly, grabbed my leg and arm to pull herself up. This physical contact was completely inappropriate and left me feeling very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, I was charged the wrong amount. While the receptionist processed a refund, the payment has still not appeared in my account. The overall experience was unprofessional and distressing. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this clinic to others based on this visit.

New patient to this clinic. Saw Dr. Janet who was very approachable and thorough. The receptionists were polite and friendly. I asked twice and was reassured that no payment was required. Today, I faced the rudest receptionist who called me back to make payment. Her reason was ' This is a private practice, we have to look into your account.'! $108 per visit with $42 Medicare rebate . Too many stuff ups. Follow up appointment cancelled. Lovely doctor but the rude receptionist will drive her patients away

Efficient, friendly reception staff and Dr Khoury is simply exceptional. He's a very caring and knowledgeable doctor - I have my skin check with him every year now! Highly recommend this excellent service.

As a new patient, it was very overpriced with extremely short consultations that provide no clear answers. Would not go back there again! The receptionists were cold and were chatting to each other about acrylic nails rather than making the patients feel welcomed.

I am a new patient and unfortunately will not return. On arrival I was given forms to fill out and one asked me if I had any allergies. I confirmed that yes, I am allergic to plasters. I then had a new patient consultation (to prepare my file/history etc.) with a GP, before my actual appointment with GP. Both doctors asked me if I was allergic to anything, both I told them plasters. I also saw a nurse for a booster shot all on the same day. All the staff were super nice.
You can imagine my surprise when I took a shower that night and saw a plaster on my arm. It’s not a terrible allergy or anything but it does give me hives for multiple days which get super itchy, and last time I had a reaction to a plaster I was scarred for over a year (still there but less obvious), so I do find this really frustrating.
I totally understand with the issues doctors deal with a small plaster allergy is not a big deal, but given it had been discussed three times in my session I am quite confused how this happened and wonder if this highlights a bigger issue in the practice (notes not being read/shared?)and annoyed I’ll have scarring and have hives up my arm to deal with. I’ve also had to pay to see a pharmacist to give me topical steroids. I would not recommend this practice to anyone with allergies or intolerances.

I got a booking the same day I rang the clinic. I did not wait too long to see the doctor on arrival and happy with check over. The staff are also a friendly group. I will go back when needed.

First time at Nuvo Health Medical Centre and I was there for a skin cancer check up with Dr Dan Rodricks.
I had been recommended by my daughter, and I have absolutely no hesitation on passing on the recommendation.
The appointment was on time, Dr Rodricks was lovely; polite, respectful, thorough and with good communication regarding every aspect of the checkup.
I have a further appointment booked and am looking forward to returning to Nuvo Health.
Easy to find, and with free 2 hour parking across the street, the Doctors, receptionists, and location of Nuvo Health ticks all the boxes.

Excellent experience with Dr Ata Eshragi removing a lump from my head, surgically with a local anaesthetic. If you want to experience an excellent doctor with the old school training and experience, I highly recommend him.

Dr Khoury is also excellent with thorough skin checks.
