I attended Nuvo Health with a last-minute health need on a Sunday and was so impressed. It's pretty hard to get an appointment anywhere three days before Christmas! I was treated very well by both the receptionist and the doctor and had my health needs met. I was also super impressed that appointments were running on time given the time of year. I am also a new client to this practice and attended as my usual practice had closed for the holiday period, but will switch over given how good of an experience I had.

Very happy with my visit. I went for a booked flu vax, mentioned that I was due for a covid shot and got that as well - no problems! Very professional staff.

I was visiting Dr. Madeline Max for myself. Is it is an incredible peron. She genuinely cares about her patients and listen to their problems carefully. She is never in rush. She never rush.

I have been taking my baby for checkup as well. We are very fortunate to have found such a caring dedicated and compassionate GP. I wish if she can work more days.

I saw Dr. Madeline Max for my baby’s routine checkup, and couldn’t be more impressed. Dr. Max has an incredible bedside manner, making both me and the baby feel at ease.

She was patient, attentive, and took the time to address all of my concerns without rushing. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her young patients and prioritise their well-being.

I feel fortunate to have found such a dedicated and compassionate GP for my little one. Highly recommend Nuvo Health.

The doctors are good, but the clinic as an institution seems to care nothing else than your payments. In the last week with my son being seek:
- The doctor saw him and told us to call if he did not recover after some days. We called, they promised to call us back, but that never happened (and later we discovered the message was never passed to the doctor).
- We had another appointment on Saturday where they took an exam, saying that they would send the results by Monday. Today is Wednesday night and we have not heard back. I've called every day, and they always have a different excuse or promise.

Fortunately, my son is recovering and none of these negligences has had any effect. But I would never recommend anyone to go there.

Unethical, I booked an appointment for a flu vaccination and completed the online questionnaire prior to attending. When I arrived at Nuvo I was escorted by a doctor to her surgery and asked "what can they do for me", I explained that I'm here for a flu vaccination. The doctor then told me about the shingles vaccination, I asked one question and was then taken to the nurse to get the flu vaccination.
Upon leaving Nuvo medical centre I was asked to pay $107 for a consultation. I explained that I was here for a free flu vaccination as I’m over 64 and I was only in the doctors surgery for less than 5 minutes, the doctor did most of the talking, what a scam!!

Thank you for booking me in on the same day at very short notice. The GP who saw me was absolutely efficient, caring, and spent a lot of time ensuring all my concerns were addressed. The nurse was also very helpful, as she thoroughly assessed me prior to seeing the GP, making the whole process smooth and reassuring. I truly appreciate the excellent care provided by the entire team.
