Nuvo Health is a very well presented Medical Centre. From the reception to the doctor's rooms and even the patient toilets, everything is fresh and absolutely pristine. Of course it's the people working here who are the ones responsible for the 5 stars. I have several medical issues and my regular GP confidently deals with them all. He is my primary health carer, however, I have had consultations with other doctors at this surgery and they too are excellent. The reception staff are a pleasure to deal with. They are always courteous and welcoming both in person or on the phone. Importantly they will do their best to arrange a suitable appointment time for me and show patience and knowledge when I need something explained, such as a form that needs completing. With a nurse and a pathology service on site as well, Nuvo Health Medical Centre - Epping ticks all the boxes.

Dr David Boyce is an amazing Doctor. He is extremely knowledgeable. He takes his time with his patients and shows genuine care. I have been seeing him for over 20 years. I can not recommend him highly enough.

Dr MOOR was excellent. He had a good sense of humour and professional in providing vaccines and advice for my to-be-trip to Uganda. I would definitely check with Dr Moor for future travel.

Who ever has taken over this practice has ruined a brilliant family practice. All they are about is making money, if you are sent for a test you have to call them back and charged to find out your results.The doctors are great they are great at looking after you but the management's a lot to answer for so after 30 years of visiting this practice I'm about find a new one

Doctors, nurses, and receptionists are all incredible. Very welcoming and helpful, I always feel at ease coming to Nuvo clinic and get better. The blood work with 4Cyte (Nurse Geetu) is also impeccable, other places would always need multiple pricks to find my veins (and painful too), somehow Nurse Geetu can make it work with almost no pain at all and with just one prick. Dr Sean Pham is also truly wonderful. Very sharp, willing to explain things, and communicating everything very clearly. Incredible, thank you, Nuvo!

Seen several doctors at this place, all are very friendly and helpful. Makes me feel at ease to talk to them about my problems. Receptionists are also welcoming. Happy to have a nice GP near where I live.
Thankfully it is within walking distance as there is no parking nearby, even the street parking is usually full so you have to park quite far. Also the fees are kind of high but I guess it's the same everywhere else now.
