I can only give a review based on my first-hand experience and I can vouch on the integrity of my employer, Nurses Now.

I believe that an important element of an employer in this fast-paced innovating world is that they Listen. The manager and all the administration staff not only listen to their employees and clients, but they also live up to their name of Nurses NOW in such as way that all concerns are dealt with straight away in an honest and professional manner.

Nurses Now takes care of employees with potential, nonetheless, they do not tolerate unprofessional behaviour. The best thing about being part of this company is that they support people with different kinds of lifestyle as their working schedule is flexible based on one's availability.

They foster a culture of family ties amongst their employees by cultivating the whole person outside their work life. For instance, you are appreciated not only during working hours but also on every special occasion such as your birthday, Christmas, and even on life-changing events such as wedding and furthering your study. I can honestly say that the manager looks after her employees and is the most supportive manager I have ever encountered.

Finally, they have a good incentive programme. Their wages are good, honest, and fair.

Therefore, I can say that I love my job and it just seems like it's loving me back.

I joined with Nurses Now back in 2009, having recently moved interstate, being a single mum of 3 children.
I was looking for something that was somewhat flexible but still reliable, when i joined Nurses Now it was easy to tell i had joined a family business that cared.
I undertook a role as after hours manager 5 years ago, communicating with staff and facilities.
I have been supported every step of my growing career, Nurses Now show initiative in my family, my youngest daughter has also worked with Nurses Now for over 3 years and through her journey she has been accepted as part of the family with constant opportunities to train and grow.
I have a sense of security both professionally and personally since having begun with this wonderful company.
From the day i had met Nick and Laurinda and joined the Nurses Now family i have felt as sense of belonging and meaning and would not change a thing.

Nurses Now are Fantastic!!! I have been a Registered Nurse since 2008 and commenced working for Nurses Now in 2009 they have helped me every step of the way. Nurses Now have helped me find my way as a new RN to now a competent RN who is comfortable working in all health care sectors. I earn pay that is above award wages, get provided with free uniforms and get paid on time every time!!! I have two small children and the flexibility is amazing. I also love the free education that's provided that helps keep my CPD hours up. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for agency work they are a great company to work for.
